Terms of Service
Effective date: August 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Content Pilot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the new terms.
2. Your content
You keep full ownership of the videos and media you upload. You grant Content Pilot the right to store, process, and transmit your content solely to perform the services you request, such as generating captions, thumbnails, and publishing to connected platforms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Content Pilot to upload or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful content. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to publish every video you schedule. Automated abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to access other users' accounts are prohibited.
4. Platform connections
You connect your own Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, and Google Drive developer credentials. Content Pilot acts as a scheduling tool on your behalf. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability.
5. Payments and credits
AI video generation and other credit-based features consume credits according to the plan shown in the app. Usage is final once processing begins. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of liability
Content Pilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or publishing errors caused by third-party platform outages, incorrect credentials, or content that violates a platform's terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and disconnect platforms at any time.
8. Contact
