1. What we collect

We store the account details you use to sign in (email and user ID), the videos you upload, their captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and scheduled publish times. To post on your behalf we also store OAuth tokens and API credentials you provide for YouTube, Instagram, and Google Drive.

2. How we use your data

Your uploaded videos and metadata are used to schedule and publish content to the platforms you connect. AI-generated captions, hashtags, and thumbnails are created from your uploaded video and the prompts you configure. We do not use your videos to train shared AI models.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Content is only shared with the third-party platforms you explicitly authorize (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram) when you choose to publish or back up a video.

4. Security

Credentials and tokens are stored with row-level security and are only accessed by server-side functions. You can delete your videos and disconnect platforms at any time from the dashboard.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account data by contacting support. Removing a video from Content Pilot does not remove already-published posts from the social platforms themselves.
